Serving Tulsa County Elementary Schools

Assistance League Tulsa serves students in Tulsa County elementary schools through our Operation School Bell programs.  To determine the level of services an individual school may receive, site specific economic profiles are utilized.  Students are then served through the following Operation School Bell programs:

Operation School Bell shopping events:

Students and their care givers attend a shopping event hosted by ALT at a local Walmart store on designated shopping event days.   Each student may select school appropriate clothing items up to $100 in value.   Students participating in OSB shopping events are identified by school personnel.  Please note, Assistance League Tulsa does not work directly with families.

School site clothes and care closets:

To meet immediate needs of students, personal care items, school supplies, and some clothing items are stocked at each qualifying school location.  Personnel at eligible schools will select the items their students and communities need from an online shopping platform.  Those items are shipped directly to each location.

Literacy:

Two new books are provided to each student participating in Operation School Bell shopping events for their home libraries.  Books are funded in part by the Brannin Family Foundation endowment.

COOL VIDEO!!

Lorem ipsum, or lipsum as it is sometimes known, is dummy text used in laying out print, graphic or web designs. The passage is attributed to an unknown typesetter in the 15th century who is thought to have scrambled parts of Cicero’s De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum for use in a type specimen book

“Quote, he passage experienced a surge in popularity during the 1960s when Letraset used it on their dry-transfer sheets, and again during the 90s as desktop publishers bundled the text with their software.”
